Shipping Policy

At Junes Book, we aim to keep shipping straightforward and dependable. Whether you’re ordering books or learning supplies, our focus is on getting your order out quickly and delivered with minimal hassle.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business day after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Most book and learning-supply orders are shipped via USPS or a comparable standard carrier.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch through delivery.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship to U.S. addresses only, including PO boxes.
International shipping is not currently available.

5. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact us within 7 business days
  • While carrier-related issues are outside our direct control, we will assist where possible

6. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information may require additional reshipping fees.
