1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Show no writing, highlighting, or damage
- Include all original inserts or supplemental materials
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Ebooks and other digital products are non-returnable once delivered, except in the following situations:
- An incorrect file or edition was provided
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- A duplicate order was placed by mistake

We’ll provide return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or declined.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
7. Exchanges
If you need a replacement or a different edition, contact us within the return window and we’ll let you know if an exchange is available.
